Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders totalling R1,000 or more. Orders under R1,000 are charged a flat shipping rate of R100. The free shipping threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts have been applied. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed and dispatched. Please allow 1 business day for order processing before dispatch. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

Public Holidays

Orders placed over South African public holidays or long weekends may experience delays, as courier services do not operate on these days. Public holidays are not counted as business days when calculating your estimated delivery date. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders at least one week before a public holiday to avoid any disruptions.

Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or there is an issue with your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we're happy to help. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Quiver is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside of our control.
