Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS POLICY

At Quiver Outdoor Gear, our products are built for real conditions. We stand behind their quality and performance — and we’re committed to making things right if something isn’t.

1. Returns (Change of Mind / Size / Fit)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for:

* Incorrect size
* Change of mind

Conditions:

* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
* All tags must be attached
* Proof of purchase is required

Refunds:

* Processed once the item has been received and inspected
* Issued to the original payment method
* Allow 5–10 working days for processing

Exchanges:

* Subject to stock availability

2. Faulty or Defective Products

If your item is defective or fails under normal use, we will assess the product and provide one of the following solutions:

* Repair
* Replacement
* Refund

This applies for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. Repairs (Our Preferred Approach)

We design products to last — and we believe in extending their life wherever possible.

If your product:

* Develops a fault
* Or fails under normal use

We will:

* Assess the issue
* Repair the item where possible
* Replace if repair is not viable

4. What is Not Covered

The following are not considered defects:

* Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
* Normal wear and tear
* Damage caused by external factors (e.g. abrasion, burns, chemical exposure)
* Alterations or repairs done by third parties

All items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Log a Return or Repair

Include:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 working days.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

* Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
* Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect
